Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No. 1584 of 2015 of Kottarakkara Police Station, registered for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 326 and 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that he attacked the victim with a chopper causing serious injuries.

Heard both sides.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application. Earlier this petitioner had approached this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as per Bail Application No. 4131 of 2015. This Court had considered the application and dismissed the same. I find no change of circumstances.
