Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.487 of 2015 of Peechi Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 465, 468, 471, 472 and 420 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Prosecution case is that three accused persons with a common intention of deceiving a Co-operative Bank created false documents and availed a loans of Rs.2,00,000/- each causing a total loss of Rs.6,00,000/- to the Bank. On verification, the documents produced by the petitioners were found to be rank forgery.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.
B.A.No.5207 of 2015 Considering the nature of allegations and the prosecution case that he is involved in similar offences earlier, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Bail application is dismissed.
