ORDER
Aluva East Police registered Crime No.2401 of 2015 under Sections 120B, 420, 406 and 506(i) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. He is the first accused in the crime. 2.
Prosecution allegation is that accused 1 and 2 in furtherance of their common intention to cheat the defacto complainant, made her husband believe that if money is deposited in the gold business of the first accused, the said amount will be doubled in three months. Believing that words, an amount of Rupees fifteen lakhs was deposited and when the money was demanded, it was not returned and the defacto complainant was threatened with dire consequences.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in six other crimes. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Application is dismissed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
