O R D E R

Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1057 of 2015 of Kadakkal Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 354 A(i) of I.P.C and Sections 7 and 8 of Protection of Women and Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.

Prosecution case, in short, is that on 28-07-2015 at about 4.45 p.m., while the defacto complainant's daughter (a plus two student) was on her way to home from the school, the petitioner wrongfully restrained and caught hold her body parts and when she tried to run away, he again caught hold of her and thereby committed the aforementioned offences. 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

B.A No.5255 of 2015 2 Considering the nature and gravity of offences, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the bail application is dismissed.
