Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No. 572 of 2015 of Vattappara Police Station, alleged to have been involved in offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 326 and 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Prosecution case in short is that on 10.07.2015, at 5.00 p.m., due to the hostility nurtured by the first accused towards the de facto complainant, attacked him with a granite block causing loss of two tooth and other injuries. 4.
Heard both sides.

Perused the First Information Report and other relevant documents. The gravity of the offence and the nature of allegations show that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be necessary. The petitioner is not entitled to get anticipatory bail.
