ORDER
Petitioners are accused 3 to 10 in Crime No.9 of 2015 of Anthikadu Police Station. They are involved in offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 506(i), 294(b), 452 and 427 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 04.01.2015 at about 9.10 p.m., petitioners along with other accused persons trespassed into a bakery run by the defacto complainant and committed rioting causing a damage to a tune of Rupees one lakh to the defacto complainant. Petitioners pleaded innocence.

Heard both sides.

Learned Prosecutor submitted that the third accused is involved in six crimes, fourth accused involved in three crimes, fifth accused involved in seven crimes and the seventh accused involved in nine crimes.
Considering the nature of allegations, I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Therefore the petition is dismissed.
