Heard.

4.

The earlier application filed by him, Bail Application No. 4502/2015, was dismissed by this Court. Now this application has been filed on the allegation that the matter has been settled between the parties

B.A. No. 5292 of 2015 concerned.

5.

The court cannot take notice of the settlement between the parties as the offences involved are non-compoundable and are of very serious nature. So on the ground of settlement this second application cannot be entertained.

In the result, this application is dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the Investigating Officer. He may do so if he is so advised.
