Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.978 of 2014 of Museum Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149 323, 326, 308, 324 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

This Court earlier considered his application for anticipatory bail on 22.05.2015 and dismissed the same vide an order in B.A.No.1296 of 2015. I do not find any reason to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in favour of the petitioner on this occasion also.
