Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a non-bailable offence. Learned Prosecutor submitted that only a case under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is registered. Petitioners are not the accused in the matter. Learned Prosecutor further submitted that there are certain complaints filed against the petitioners. If petitioners' presence is required for interrogation, notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure will be issued to them.
