Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Thrikodithanam Police.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Hence the apprehension of arrest in a non bailable offence is without any basis.

In the result, the bail application is closed. In case the Police registered any crime against the petitioner, a notice under Sec.41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued to him.
