ORDER
Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.
Petitioner is the third accused in Crime No.505 of 2015 of Balussery Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 76 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the managing director and his wife received about `15,00,000/- from petitioner's father promising a directorship for the petitioner in a company doing chit fund business. They also promised him to pay `50,000/- per month as salary. Later the petitioner's father had to file a complaint against the company alleging cheating. Petitioner resigned from the company on knowing that there are financial frauds happening in the concern. Petitioner had to approach this Court on two occasions for anticipatory bail orders and as per orders passed on B.A.Nos.4005 of 2014 and 4526 of 2015, this Court released the petitioner on two different crimes on
BA No.5402/2015 anticipatory bail.
Reckoning the entire matters, following directions are issued: i.
Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twentyfive thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum if he is arrested by the police in connection with this case.
ii.
Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed in writing and co-operate with the investigation. iii.
He shall not commit any offence while he is on bail. iv.
He shall not destroy or tamper with evidence v.
This order is not applicable if the petitioner chooses to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and in such case, the learned Magistrate may take appropriate action in accordance with the law. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
