Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Police is after him for unknown reasons.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no case involving a non bailable offence is registered against the petitioners. One case, which is registered against the first petitioner involves bailable offences. Therefore, jurisdiction under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. cannot be invoked.
