ORDER

1.This is an application for pre-arrest bail filed u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2.When the matter came up, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted on instructions, that the investigation conducted till date does not reveal the involvement of the petitioner in crime No.684 of 2015 of Pandikkad police station, Malappuram. It is further submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that if the role of the petitioner is revealed at a later stage, notice as contemplated under law shall be issued to the petitioner prior to his arrest so as to enable him to seek proper remedies.

B.A.5485/15 3.The said submission is recorded and the application is disposed of as above.
