O R D E R
The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.633/2015 of Pallickal Police Station registered under Section 395 IPC. 2.
The prosecution allegation is that, on 26.06.2015 at about 2.00 a.m., the petitioner and the other accused together broke opened the door of Aswathi Hollow Bricks and trespassed into the room in which the workers of the said institution were sleeping and thereafter, the petitioners extorted an amount of 34,000/- and mobile phone from there.

The 3rd accused was arrested on 06.08.2015. The 2nd accused was formally arrested on 01.08.2015 and ever since they have been in custody.

The learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It has been submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are also involved in six other cases of similar nature. The investigation is not yet complete. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the fact that the petitioners are also involved in six
