Petition filed under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.510 of 2015 of Mankara Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.306 and 498A read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. The 1st petitioner is the husband of deceased Saranya. Marriage between the 1st petitioner and the deceased was solemnized on 17.08.2009. Issues are also born in their relationship. It is alleged that Saranya committed suicide on account of the harassment of meted out by the petitioners in her matrimonial home.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Saranya committed suicide not because of any cruelty at the hands of the petitioners, but she was
