Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.928 of 2014 of Puthenvelikkara Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.306 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application contending that the petitioner's name is mentioned in the suicide note left by the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is a lady aged 71 years having ailments related to her age.

6. All these matters can be considered at the time when she moves an application for regular bail. It is brought to my notice that this is the third application filed

Bail Appl. No.5533 of 2015 2 under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. On two occasions, this Court turned down the applications submitted by the petitioner. I find no reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
