ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions has submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner. It has been further submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that a notice under Section 41(A) will be served on the petitioner in the event of registering any crime against him, in connection with the set of acts enumerated in this petition.

2. The said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor stands recorded and this Bail Application stands closed.
