Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1021 of 2015 of Ollur Police Station registered for offence punishable under Section 511 of 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 14.06.2015 at 01.30 p.m., the accused attempted to commit theft in a Church by opening the door using an iron rod.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 16.06.2015. 6.
Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application contending that the petitioner is involved in 16 other cases. It is also submitted that final report has been filed in this matter.
B.A.No.5567 of 2015 Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that this is not a fit case wherein bail can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. He may move the court concerned.
Bail application is dismissed.
