Petitioners are accused Nos.6 and 7 in Crime No.803/2015 of Mala Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 308 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 31st August, 2015. In this situation, I do not wish to pass any order on this application. He may move the appropriate court. Bail application is disposed accordingly.
