O R D E R
Petition filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.1296 of 2015 of Irinjalakkuda Police station. The offences alleged are offences under Secs.307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution allegation is that on 04.09.2015 at 11.00 p.m., the petitioner, with the intention to kill him due to his enmity towards the defacto complainant, drove a car bearing Registration No.KL-IIAB-5782 and hit it against the defacto complainant causing injuries including fracture of his ribs. The petitioner was arrested on 05.09.2015 and ever since he has been in custody.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in granting bail to the petitioner. It has been also submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the
Bail Appl. No.5590 of 2015 2 petitioner is not involved in any other offence. It is revealed from the Case Diary that major part of the investigation is almost complete.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case including the stage of investigation and the period of detention of the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
In the result, this bail application stands allowed and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Irinjalakkuda and subject to the following conditions.
1. The petitioner shall report before the investigating officer between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on every Tuesday for three months and thereafter as and when required by the investigating officer for interrogation.
2. The petitioner shall not get involved in

3. The petitioner shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses or in any way tamper with the investigation.
