ORDER
Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.895 of 2015 of Valiyathura Police Station. He has been charged with offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 326, 324, 323 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard both sides.

Defacto complainant is the brother-in-law of the petitioner. There were frequent quarrels between the mother of the defacto complainant and the accused. On 17.07.2015 at 23.00 hours, the accused allegedly trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused him. Thereafter he beat the defacto complainant with an iron pipe thereby causing ulna fracture and other injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent of all the allegations. Learned Prosecutor opposed the bail application contending that recovery of the weapon of oppression has to be
BA No.5593/2015 effected and custodial interrogation is necessary. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Bail application is dismissed.
