Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now in crime No.379 of 2015 of Aralam Police Station. It is also submitted that he is made an accused in O.R No.15 of 2013 of Kottiyoor Forest Station. However, Aralam police has no intention to arrest him. This submission is recorded. In case he is made accused, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C in this matter. With this observation, the bail application is closed.
