ORDER

Petitioner seeks bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Heard both sides.

3.

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Palluruthy Police for a non-bailable offence. Learned Prosecutor submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner by police and as such she is not an accused in any case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police harasses her by frequently visiting her house at odd hours. It is made clear that if petitioner's presence is required for interrogation, notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued. With these observations, the bail application is dismissed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
