This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under S.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner has been arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.2592/2015 of Aluva police station. The said crime has been registered for offence punishable under S.420 of the IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police have already referred the case holding that the matter is purely civil in nature.

In view of the above submission, no relief is required to be granted. The application is closed.
