2. Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.115 of 2015 of Kayamkulam Excise Range registered for the offences punishable under Secs.55(a) and 67B of the Kerala Abkari Act. The prosecution allegation is that on 17.08.2015 at 8.35 p.m., the petitioner along with other accused were found transporting 80 litres of spirit in two cans in an autorickshaw and in a motor bike. The petitioner was arrested on 17.08.2015.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and the stage of investigation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.
