Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2.

Second application for pre-arrest bail by the accused in Crime No.825 of 2015 of Paravoor Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 468 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 52 of the Indian Postal Act. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor.

4.

The earlier application of this petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 10.08.2015. The only question arising for consideration is whether there is any change of circumstance to consider the second application. 5.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. Report submitted by the Investigating Officer is submitted for perusal. It is seen that during the interrogation of the second accused, it was revealed that

B.A.No.5839 of 2015 the deposit passbooks involved in the offence were handed over to the first accused (petitioner) and his custody is essential. Hence, I find no reason to grant bail. The bail application again dismissed.
