O R D E R
The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.62 of 2015 of Chathanoor Excise Range under Section 55(i) of the Abkari Act.
2. The prosecution allegation is that the petitioner was found in possession of 600 m.l. of Indian Made Foreign Liquor for the purpose of sale, on 13.9.2015 at 7.00 a.m., in contravention of the provisions of the Abkari Act. The petitioner was arrested from the spot and ever since he has been in custody.

3. Heard.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in allowing this application.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the quantity of contraband seized, I am inclined to allow this bail application.
In the result, this application stands allowed and the petitioner shall be released on bail on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, South Paravur and subject to the
BA 5846/2015 following conditions:
(i) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for interrogation.
(ii) The petitioner shall not get involved in any other offence while on bail.
(iii) The petitioner shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses or in any way tamper with the investigation.
