Bail application filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kalamassery Police in connection with a non bailable offence.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in any of the cases registered by the Kalamassery Police and he is not wanted for arrest.

5. If the petitioner is wanted for arrest on the complaint raised by P.V. Mani, S/o Virundan, Pallipattukara, Thrikkakara regarding any monitory transactions, notice under Sec.41A of Cr.P.C. shall be issued to him.

The bail application is disposed of with the above observation.
