Petitioner apprehends arrest by Keezhuvaipur Police Station in a none bailable offence.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not made an accused in any case. 4.

Apprehension of the petitioner's counsel is that he has been called even yesterday to the Police Station. Therefore, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is made an accused he shall be issued with a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With this observation, the bail application is disposed.
