O R D E R

Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 3 in Crime No.1315/2013 of Alathur Police Station registered for offences punishable under 465, 471, 474 and 420 r/w Section 34 I.P.C. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners forged and fabricated a solvency certificate and produced the same before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Alathur. They made use of the same for release of a car involved in Crime No.313 of 2014 of Alathur Police Station. 5.

It is seen that earlier application under Section 438 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioners were dismissed on 17th November, 2014 as per bail application B.A No.7664/2014. Learned Public

B.A No.5970 of 2015 2 Prosecutor opposed the bail application. It is submitted that charge has been filed in this case. Therefore, I find no necessity to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court in this case under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Hence, bail application is dismissed. Sd/- A.HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
