ORDER

Petitioner is the third accused in Crime No.2952 of 2015 of Karunagappally Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 120B, 109, 394, 395 and 399 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

On 10.12.2011 at about 22.40 hours, while the defacto complainant was travelling in a motor bike with his friend carrying rupees fifteen lakhs, the accused persons followed him in a car, obstructed and forcefully took the bag containing the cash.

Heard both sides.

Learned Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and charge has been laid before the Magistrate having jurisdiction. The matter is pending in committal proceedings. At this stage I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner is free to move for regular bail.
