Bail application filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioners are accused in Crime No.1504 of 2014 of Aranmula Police Station registered under Sections 353, 308 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 20, 21 and 23 of the Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, the investigation in the matter has been completed and final report has already been filed on 20.09.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I dispose of the bail application granting the petitioners liberty to move the trial court for bail.
