ORDER

Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Petitioners are the husband and in-laws of defacto complainant. They are involved in Crime No.288 of 2015 of Chombala Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 and 506(ii) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Marriage between the defacto complainant and the first petitioner was on 05.05.2011. It is alleged that after sometime a cleavage in the relationship appeared and the relationship became strained. It is further alleged that the defacto complainant was harassed demanding dowry.

Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of allegations and the relationship between the parties, following order is passed: i.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.288 of 2015 of Chombala Police Station, the petitioners shall be released on bail on each one of them executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twentyfive thousand

BA No.6020/2015 only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.

ii.

The sureties shall produce documents to establish their identity and solvency.

iii.

Petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed in writing and co-operate with the investigation in the matter.

iv.

They shall not influence or intimidate the witnesses. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the officer concerned is free to arrest the petitioner as if no order is passed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
