ORDER
Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is the fourth accused in Crime No.1655 of 2015 of Fort Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram registered for offences punishable under Sections 3 and 17 of the Kerala Money Lenders Act, Sections 3 and 9 of the Prohibition of Charging of Exorbitant Interest Act, 2012 and also Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After investigation, a charge has been submitted on 22.09.2015. Prosecution has no intention to arrest the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner's plea for anticipatory bail is denied. In the event of receiving summons, petitioner shall appear before the trial court and move for regular bail.
