ORDER
Bail application filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.1152 of 2015 of Sakthikulangara Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 324 and 307 read with 34 of IPC seeks pre arrest bail.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The prosecution case is that on 12.08.2015 at about 21.30 hours, the petitioner, along with the 2nd accused, trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant with the common intention of committing murder, and attacked them with lethal weapons like swords.
5. After hearing the learned Counsel on both sides and after considering the submission of the learned Prosecutor that the petitioner is involved in six other cases of serious nature, I am of the view that the
Bail Appl. No.6050 of 2015 petitioner is not entitled to get any favourable order under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
