ORDER
Application for bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2.
Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.455 of 2015 of Malampuzha Police Station registered for an offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code with the allegation that the petitioner, who conducted a chitty, failed to disburse the prize chit money to the subscribers including the defacto complainant. 3.
Heard both sides.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that falsely about 40 cases have been filed against him.
5.
Learned Prosecutor opposed the bail application contending that the petitioner was released on bail in another case, but there is a report by the investigating agency that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions in the bail order and the investigating officer has taken steps to cancel the bail.
BA No.6069/2015 Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
