Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no crime registered against the petitioner. Therefore, he is not required to be arrested. In case, he is made an accused the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A Cr.P.C in this matter.
