2. Petitioner seeks pre arrest bail in Crime No.314 of 2015 of Bekal Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 308 and 332 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec.3
(1) of the Prevention of Destruction of Public Properties Act.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has already been filed in this matter.
5. Considering the fact that final report has already been filed, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
