Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.842 of 2015 of Vithura Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested on 25.09.2015 and ever since she has been in custody.

Heard.

Learned Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in granting bail to the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is involved in one more crime wherein the offences alleged are bailable offences.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
case including the period of detention of the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
In the result, this application stands allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (for the trial of forest offences), Nedumangad and subject to the following further conditions:
(a) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m. for a period of three months or until the filing of the final report, whichever is earlier.
(b) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
(c) The petitioner shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses or in any way tamper
with the investigation.
(d) The petitioner shall not get involved in any offence while on bail.
