Application for pre-arrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2.

Petitioner is the 4th accused in crime No.2211/2015 of Kodungallur Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 308 r/w Section 34 I.P.C. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, charge has been filed on 28th September, 2015. Therefore, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 438 Cr.P.C in this matter. Hence, the bail application is dismissed.
