ORDER
Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1552 of 2014 of Payyannur Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 447, 435, 436, 307 and 427 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act. He seeks pre-arrest bail.

Prosecution case is that on 07.12.2014 at about 1.20 hours, this petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the courtyard of the defacto complainant and set fire to the two motor cycles. They also hurled bomb towards the defacto complainant with a view to murder him. 4.
Heard both sides.
Considering the gravity of offences alleged, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Therefore, bail application is dismissed.
