ORDER
Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.
Husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the defacto complainant are the arrayed as accused in Crime No.1273 of 2015 of Mavelikkara Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. They seek pre-arrest bail.

Allegation is that on 29.08.2013 the first accused married the defacto complainant and thereafter the accused persons harassed her. 4.
Heard both sides.
After hearing the learned counsel on both sides, I am of the view that this is a fit case wherein pre-arrest bail can be granted. Therefore following directions are issued:
i.
In the event of arrest in Crime No.1273 of 2015 of Mavelikkara Police Station, the petitioners shall be released on bail on each one of them executing a bond for `25,000/- (Rupees twentyfive thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the
BA No.6316/2015 satisfaction of the investigating officer.
ii.
The sureties shall produce documents to establish their identity and solvency.
iii.
They shall appear before the investigating officer as and when directed in writing and co-operate with the investigation in the matter. iv.
They shall not influence or intimidate the witnesses. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the officer concerned is free to arrest the petitioners as if no order is passed. A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
