2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.628 of 2015 of Kumily Police station registered for the offences punishable under Secs.452, 294(b), 341, 324, 427, 379 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge has been filed.

5. I find no justification for entertaining the bail application under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. at this stage. The petitioner can approach the appropriate Court and move for regular bail.

With the above observation, the bail application is dismissed.
