Bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.205 of 2002 of Malayinkeezhu Police station registered for the offences under Secs.302, 201, 324 and 307 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec.27 of the Arms Act. After completion of the investigation, final report was filed and the learned Magistrate took it on the file as C.P. No.78 of 2015. The petitioner who was released on bail was found absconding. So the case was transferred to the register of long pending cases, the number being 58 of 2009. He was arrested in connection with another case on 05.10.2015.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner was released on bail during crime stage. He had been absconding for about 13 years. He was arrested in connection with another case and is involved in 30 cases.
