O R D E R
The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.535 of 2015 of Enathu Police Station registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Learned Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in granting bail to the petitioner. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the relationship between the defacto complainant and the petitioner, I am inclined to grant them relief under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.
In the result, this application stands allowed and the respondent is directed to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.535 of 2015 of Enathu Police Station on condition of the
B.A.No.6355 of 2015 petitioner executing a bond for `30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Sub Inspector of Police, Enathu Police Station before whom the petitioner shall surrender within 10 days from today, if not already arrested, and subject to the following conditions: (a) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required in writing to do so.
(b) The petitioner shall not get involved in any offence while on bail.
(c) The petitioner shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses or in any way tamper with the investigation.
