ORDER

The petitioner was arrested on 11.08.2015 in connection with Crime No.580 of 2015 of Aryankode Police Station registered under Sections 8(a) r/w 21 (b) (i) of NDPS Act. 2.

Heard.

The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed in the above case. Since the petitioner has been custody for more than 60 days in connection with this case, the petitioner is entitled to get release on bail under Section 167 (2) (a) (ii) of Cr.P.C. In the result, this bail application stands allowed and the petitioner shall be released on bail on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following further conditions:

B.A. No.6383 of 2015 -2i) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 9.00 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a period of three months or until the filing of the final report, whichever is earlier.

ii) The petitioner shall not get involved in any offence while he is on bail.
