O R D E R
This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 61 of 2015 of Neyyattinkara Excise Range registered under Section 55(i) of the Abkari Act, on the allegation that on 18.09.2015, at 01.30 p.m., the petitioner was found in possession of 800 ml of Indian Made Foreign Liquor for the purpose of sale in contravention of the provisions of the Abkari Act. The petitioner was arrested from the spot and ever since she has been in custody.

Heard. Perused the Case Diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the period of detention of the petitioner and also taking into consideration of the fact that the contraband seized is Indian Made Foreign Liquor, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
B.A.No.6407 of 2015 In the result, this application stands allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for `30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-III, Neyyattinkara and subject to the following further conditions:
(a) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
(b) The petitioner shall not get involved in any offence while on bail.
