JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred against the order in S.T.81/99 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kollam by the Enforcement Officer, Office of the Provident Fund Inspector, Kollam. The accused in the above case was acquitted by the learned Magistrate under Section 256(1) Cr.P.C. On 6.8.02, the appellant was absent. Hence, the accused were acquitted by the trial court. After filing this appeal, several directions were issued by this court to take steps against the respondents. After the issuance of notice, it is informed that the first respondent company was liquidated and the second respondent is no more.
