Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.308 of 2015 of Bekal Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 143,147,148,324,308,506(ii) r/w Section 149 IPC. 3.
In a civil suit there was an order of injunction against the petitioners and others. It is alleged by the prosecution that in violation of the order of injunction the petitioner along with the co-accused committed mischief in the property involved in the suit and when the victims came to the spot the petitioner and the other accused assaulted them with deadly weapons like iron rod, stick causing them very serious injuries. 4.
Heard.

This is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. The earlier applications were dismissed observing that the victim sustained very serious injuries on various parts of their body including their head and nature of the injuries indicated that the weapons used were iron rod etc. The incident happened at midnight. No subsequent development has taken place to entertain this third petition. It cannot be allowed. In the result, this application is dismissed. K.ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE pm
