Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Aruvikkara Police on the allegation that he has committed some non bailable offences.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against him though a petition was received.

5. Learned counsel submits that in connection with a civil dispute the Police is harassing him.

6. Unless a case is registered, the Police shall not interfere in a civil matter.

With the above observation, the bail application is dismissed.
